I like that the models on the cover have similar colour clothes and match, The masthead is eye catching and different which sets it apart from other magazines. The font could be changed to make it look similar to the masthead so it ties well together. In addition the colour of the first cover line would be better if you changed it to the red because the 'A' blends into the models hand.
I really like your masthead, its different and not everyone does that so it really stands out. I think you could maybe add a barcode and price to your magazine.
